During Team 7's training session with Kakashi, it looks like Naruto has corned Kakashi with his shadow clones and tries punching him. Kakashi evades the attack and Naruto ends up punching one of his own clone resulting in blood being spurt upwards in the japanese version.
Towards the end of the episode Sasuke sees an opening in Kakashi's defense, and he immediately throws some ninja stars at him. In the japanese version this resulted in Kakashi bleeding.
