Here are all the editz found in Naruto Episode 008. Pictures, clips and major changes in dialogue are all recorded here. To download the clips, right click the mouse button and chose "Save Target As..." The pictures and clips go in sequencial order of the episode.

Zabuza sneaks up on Kakashi and cuts him in half, too bad it was only a water clone. The background was changed from a red color to a blue color.
A different picture of Kakashi being cut up. The background was changed again to a blue color.
Clip: During the start of the fight with Zabuza, Naruto has a flashback of when he stabbed himself with the kunai. The scene was changed just to mirror episode 007.
After Naruto charges Zabuza, Zabuza flings Naruto back and blood flies up. The blood was removed in the english version.
During a flashback mentioning Zabuza's graduation exam, the kunais were cleaned up without any blood.
When Zabuza suddenly attacks Sasuke, the blood he spits up was removed.
When Naruto uses the Shadow Clone Jutsu, the shadow clone lineup was changed.
Clip: When Naruto throws the shuriken to Sasuke, the screen turns black and the shuriken opens up revealing its four blades. In the english version the shuriken had more of a drag.
