"Haku's Secret Jutsu: Crystal Ice Mirrors"
Here are all the editz found in Naruto Episode 013. Pictures, clips and major changes in dialogue are all recorded here. To download the clips, right click the mouse button and chose "Save Target As..." The pictures and clips go in sequencial order of the episode.

Dialogue Change: In the Japanese version Inari's mother threatens the swordsmen(Gato's men) saying something along the lines of "If you touch that child, I will bite my tongue off and commit suicide." In the English version she says instead "Please don't hurt my son. I'm begging you he's just a boy."
Clip: The swordsmen, thinking that they're stronger than Naruto charge him with their swords. In response to them charging, Naruto flings two shuriken at them which they easily deflect. In the japanese version they slightly take their swords out of their cases to deflect the incoming shuriken while in the english version they completely take their swords out.
Naruto talks to Inari about how he was very brave for trying to save his mom. Naruto's smile in the japanese version wasn't a solid line, in the english version they fixed his smile by completing the line.
Naruto sneaks up behind the swordsmen and kicks them hard. In the japanese version blood flew all over while in the english version, the blood was removed.
Clip: Kakashi explains to Zabuza that by calling these genin brats you've brought out the best in them. As he compliments each member in team 7 the camera pans differently between both version.
A strange edit but none the less. When Kakashi compliments Sakura on being the brighest in the village, in the japanese version she has her tongue sticking out the before and after the compliment was given; in the english version after Kakashi gave her the compliment she stuck out her tongue.
As Naruto and Inari continue to talk, Naruto smiles. In the english version he smiled with his teeth while in the japanese version he did not.
Clip: Now that the swordsmen have been taken out of the picture, Naruto tells Inari that he has to go back to the bridge. As he is running in the english version the camera is zoomed out alittle bit and more of Naruto's body can be seen. In the japanese version the camera is zoomed in showing a smaller portion of his body.
As Haku throws the needles at Sasuke at an extraordinary speed, blood spurts out. The english version removed most of these bloodspurts.
The blood under Sasuke's chin was removed as he lay there wondering where the explosion came from.
Out of nowhere throwing stars appear and hit Haku down. As the scene zooms out a human figure can be seen in the smoke in the japanese version, while in the english version it's just an empty area.
