After Naruto charges Zabuza, Zabuza flings Naruto back and blood flies up. The blood was removed in the english version.
When Zabuza is about to throw the shuriken at Naruto, Kakashi jumps in the way to protect him. When Kakashi blocks the shuriken with his hand, his bloody hand is redrawn without the blood.
Clip: After the water retracted into the lake, a masked ninja threw needles into Zabuza's neck to kill him. The clip of Zabuza being hit by the needles was removed along with the blood in the english version.
Kakashi explains to Sakura what an advanced bloodline is with the help of a DNA model. The DNA model was different between the versions.
