To save Naruto from Haku's needle attack, Sasuke jumps in the way and takes the blow. All the needles in this scene were removed along with the blood under Sasuke's feet in the japanese version. Oddly enough in numerous other scenes, needles can be seen in Naruto and Sasuke's bodies.
After Sasuke saves Naruto, he tells Naruto that he just got in the way, as usual. The needles on Sasuke's left arm were removed.

As Sasuke gasps for breath he explains to Naruto that he hated him but his body just moved on its own when he saw that Naruto was in trouble. The needles in Sasuke's neck were removed.
As Naruto leans over Sasuke's body he becomes enraged at Haku and unleashes some of the Demon Fox chakra from within himself! In the english version as he says "I'm going to kill you" to Haku, the camera zooms in on Naruto's face. In the japanese version the camera just stays at its current distance as seen in the picture.
Due to the Demon Fox's chakra being released, Naruto's teeth change and become sharp. In the japanese version they remain the same.
