Ibiki(Chunin Exam's first examiner) explains the rules to all the shinobi about to take the first part of the Chunin Exam. The rules he wrote on the blackboard were translated into english.
Another scene where the rules were translated into english.
As Sasuke thinks about this whole test he realizes that the examiners probably want them to cheat and just not get caught. The flashback of the rules were again translated into english.
During a closeup scene of someone's paper the english version had the person actually write down part of the answer to the question while the japanese version had the person "fake-write". What I mean by "fake-write" is that the hand moved and looked like it was writing even though the answer was already in place. (If anyone has a simplier explanation please email me)
Shino sends a fly over to spy on this random shinobi (person from previous edit). The japanese scene was changed to more accurately protray the fly's size to the human hand.
