Note: In , Lee uses his Primary Lotus technique on Dosu. In the english version VIZ Media increased the the number of times they spun around heading towards the ground. In this episode there was a flashback to this spinning and it remained the same in both the english and japanese versions.
Sakura feeling helpless compared to Naruto, and Sasuke decides that it's her turn to protect them. The following images are related to Sakura's battle against Zaku.
As Sakura fights Zaku she continously uses the Replacement Jutsu to avoid
his attacks. At one point she tricks him and actually takes the blow! The blood and one of the kunai were removed from the english version.
In the japanese version she was hit with four kunai. In the english version she was only hit with two. The blood spurts were also removed from the english version.
Sakura ends up falling onto of Zaku, stabbing him with a kunai. In the japanese version there was a spurt of blood from the impact.

Zaku goes into a fury and constantly punches Sakura in the head. After taking alot of blows she spits out blood in the japanese version. In the english version they removed this blood.
Music Change: The preview for episode 033 entitled "Battle Formation: Ino-Shika-Cho!" had its music changed from a sorrowful melody to the normal preview music(a much more upbeat, faster paced song).
