With Kabuto's help, Sasuke, Sakura and Naruto arrived at the tower with their Heaven and Earth scrolls. Most of the scenes that involved them opening up their scrolls were redrawn.
Character Redrawing: They're preparing to open up the scrolls in this scene. Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura were redrawn so they looked like their original characters. Naruto's hair, Sasuke's shirt collar, and Sakura's face were key edits here. If you look closely you can see more.

Character Redrawing: The scrolls together activated a summoning jutsu and from them Iruka came! Iruka was redrawn so he looked like his original character. This one was quite hard to catch: Iruka's ears, eyes, scar and mouth were redrawn here.
Character Redrawing: Iruka congratulates them for passing the second exam! He also explains to them that if they had opened up even one scroll during the exam, the examiners were ordered to knock out the participants. Inner Sakura was redrawn so she looked like her original character.
Character Redrawing: Iruka's last duty was to explain the sign on the wall to them. Iruka was redrawn so he looked like his original character.
Character Redrawing: Iruka turns his head and begins to explain the sign on the wall. Iruka's body was redrawn facing a different angle in the english version.
Character Redrawing: The sign was meant to explain how all chunin should act. Iruka was redrawn so he looked like his original character.

Character Redrawing: Naruto tells Iruka that he will be fine since he's a full fledged ninja. Naruto was redrawn so he looked like his original character.
Iruka finishes telling Team 7 about the sign and the scene changes to Anko and Lord Hokage.
Clip: Back with Anko and Lord Hokage the ninjas talk about Orochimaru. In the japanese version the chunin on the right did most of the talking while in the english version it was the opposite and the chunin on the left talked more.
The third exam will finally commence! Before it does though the camera pans to the 21 participants that passed and the upper level ninja watching the battles.

Character Redrawing: After the camera pans across the genin, Choiji begins to complain about being hungry already. Shikaramu and Choiji were redrawn so they looked like their original characters.
Character Redrawing: Ino gets excited at the fact that Sasuke's team also passed. Ino was redrawn so she looked like her original character.
Character Redrawing: Rock Lee goes on to rant about how cool Guy-sensei is. He was redrawn so he looked like his original character.
Character Redrawing: Next he makes an oath to himself never to lose again. He can't bare to witness someone close to him cry. Rock Lee was redrawn so he looked like his original character.
Character Redrawing: The camera pans to Gaara with Zaku in the background. Gaara and Zaku were redrawn so they looked like their original characters. Someone's head was also added in behind Gaara's gourd.
Character Redrawing: The camera also pans to Kurenai. She was redrawn so she looked like her original character.
Character Redrawing: Next up in the panning process is Hinata. She and Choji were redrawn so they looked like their original characters.
